We want you to love your m-agirls.com piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within a specified period from the date your order was delivered.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please visit our online portal at m-agirls.com. You will need your order number and email address. Through the portal, you can generate a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns are not accepted in-person or at any stockist.

Important Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, bodysuits, or earrings unless they are faulty.
  • All sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method and retaining your proof of postage. We are not liable for items lost in transit.

The Returns Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired size or style is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at m-agirls.com with your order details and photographs. We will guide you through the specific process for these cases and cover any related shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a sale promotion.
